Due to its multidisciplinary nature, corporate insolvency has been the subject of an increasing number of studies.   • Identifying the determinants of bankruptcy / business difficulties;
  • Failure and financial structure;
  • Relationship between governance, mamagement and failure;
  • Survival and support;
  • Prevention of business difficulties;
  • Failure after the transmission of firm ;
  • Costs and consequences of failure;
  • Human resources policies and business risk;
  • Relationships between the characteristics of the CEO and the failure of SMEs;
  • SME bankruptcy case studies (economic and/or legal views);
