We are happy to announce the 12th Maastricht Behavioral and Experimental Economics Symposium (M-BEES 2019) and the 5th Maastricht Behavioral Economic Policy Symposium (M-BEPS 2019). The deadline for submission of papers or extended abstracts is March 18, 2019.
M-BEES and M-BEPS will take place at Maastricht University on June 3 and 4, 2019. Please find the call for papers and all details about the submission procedure on the website of the symposia (http://researchers-sbe.unimaas.nl/m-bees/).
We are excited to welcome four excellent keynote speakers:
David Laibson (Harvard University)
Elisabet Rutström (Georgia State University, Örebro University and Stockholm School of Economics)
Tim Cason (Purdue University)
Xavier Troussard (Head of the EU Policy Lab, European Commission)
As in previous years, the broad topic of M-BEES is theory and experiments, bringing together researchers to discuss if and how economic experiments can inform economic theory and vice versa.
M-BEPS brings together behavioral and experimental researchers from different disciplines as well as policy makers and practitioners interested in how behavioral economics can inform policies in government and business.
We hope to see you in Maastricht in June!
