Laura Ahlstrom is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Oklahoma State University. She received her Ph.D. in Economic Education from the University of Delaware, and her research focuses on undergraduate economics coursework and degree attainment. Her scholarly work has appeared in journals, such as the AEA Papers and Proceedings, The Journal of Economic Education, and International Review of Economics Education. She is also the co-editor of War Movies and Economics: Lessons from Hollywood’s Adaptations of Military Conflicts. In addition, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education.
