CALL FOR PAPERS
The ExSIDE Doctoral Workshop is organized by doctoral fellows with the aim to provide PhD candidates at any stage of their doctoral studies with an opportunity to present their research projects.

The ExSIDE Doctoral Workshop is designed to create an informal atmosphere in which participants can discuss their work in progress with peers and researchers, exchange ideas about recent developments in their fields, and expand their research network. The workshop will be dedicated to the presentation of papers from the participants. Each presentation will be discussed by one of the ExSIDE doctoral fellows. The workshop will include about 8 presentations per day, each lasting 25 minutes.

Interested candidates should submit their application to the email email@example.com by indicating “ExSIDE Workshop – submission” in the subject line. The following information must be indicated in the email:
- Name and surname
- Contact email address
- The title of the paper
- Keywords describing the topic and methodology of the paper
- A full paper or an extended abstract as an attachment
>> The two-day workshop will take place in University of Surrey, located in Guilford (Greater London Area). Additionally, this event will benefit from two keynote lectures which will be given by the distinguished scholars George Evans (University of Oregon) and Andrea Galeotti (London Business School).
>> The accommodation in a hotel will be provided to selected candidates covering up to three nights of their planned stay. There is no participation fee. All speakers are invited for social dinner.
>> The workshop is financed by the ExSIDE Innovative Training Network. The ExSIDE Innovative Training Network is a joint initiative between eight leading European universities (Bielefeld University, Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Université Catholique de Louvain, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Universiteit van Amsterdam, University College London and University of Surrey) and nine non-academic partners (Capital Fund Management, De Nederlandsche Bank, ENGINEERING Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A, the Italian National Institute of Statistics, Österreichische Nationalbank, the Regione del Veneto – Direzione Lavoro, Talents’ Friends GmbH, Vitae and Volterra).
