The Swiss Society for Financial Market Research (SGF) was established in 1986 by a group of Swiss economists in St. Gallen, Switzerlad. SGF strives to promote the field of modern finance and communication between international scholars and professionals. SGF publishes a quarterly journal, the Financial Markets and Portfolio Management, to achieve the previously mentioned aims.
