The Horn Economic and Social Policy Institute (HESPI) was established in 2006
as an independent consultancy firm and nonprofit think tank dedicated to
developing countries, and the Horn of Africa. HESPI develops and provides
social and economic policy analysis for interested parties, such as the
public and private sector. HESPI promotes excellent research in order to
alleviate poverty and develop economic growth.Â
