The American Political Science Association (APSA) was founded in 1902 in
Washington, D.C. More than 15,000 members in over 80 countries around the
globe are part of the APSA . The association works to expand awareness
and understanding of politics by bringing together dedicated political
scientists from numerous occupations and regions.Â
