Higher School of Economics, Perm

The Higher School of Economics (HSE), Perm was established in 1992 by the European Union Committee, the Government of France, and the Government of the Russian Federation. The academic institution became a national research university in 2009 and has gained international prestige for its programs concerning economics, business, finance, and other related fields.
