Andrássy Gyula German Speaking University, also known as Andrássy University Budapest (AUB, is the only university outside the German speaking area operating entirely in German. Besides supporting German as a scientific language the AUB particularly aims to strengthen the cooperation of the Danube states, to educate Europe-experts and to focus on interdisciplinary teaching and research.
