The European Centre for Development Policy Management was established in
1986 as an independent "think tank" foundation that supports and monitors
cooperation, and development plans, between the African, Caribbean and
Pacific (ACP) countries and the European Union (EU). The center evaluates
international legislature and policies that influence the relationship of the
ACP countries and the EU.
