The Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) was founded in
1986 as a research institution of the School of Business and Economics? at
the Maastricht University. Through intensive research the ROA works to
improve and promote the understanding of the modern relationship between the
labor market and education. ROA studies this disipline in four programs
concerning Human Capital, Dynamics of the Labor Market, Education and
Occupational Career, as well as Training and Employment.Â
