The Institute for Labor Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union
(IAAEU) at the University of Trier in Germany was established as a public
research foundation in 1983. The main focus of IAAEU is the modern study
of international economies, labor laws, and socio-political variables of
European industrial relations, particularly those within the European
Union. Furthermore, the institute has one of the largest libraries in the
region containing a collection of periodicals, microforms, monographs, loose
leaf editions, and specialized digital media.
