The team of the Rachis Endoscopic Surgery Centre is happy and honored each year to receive surgeons from all walks of life and universes.
The participants, spinal surgeons through an orthopaedic or neurosurgical program, come from all over the world to discover endoscopic spinal surgery using the technique developed by Dr. Jean Destandau. Endospine, developed in the 1990s, is constantly renewed, improved and adapted to current surgical evolutions in order to provide the best surgical and clinical care for patients.
It is this state of mind that has led us to offer for 15 years now a theoretical and technical surgical course with live surgeries and dissections in the anatomy laboratory. The key points of the technique are discussed, its advantages and indications. Surgeons can learn or improve according to their level in the anatomy laboratory. All the participants and their companions meet around a dinner to exchange in fruitful cooperation and spend a pleasant moment in a convivial setting.
