Banaras Hindu University

In 1916 the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) was founded as a public academic institution in Uttar Pradesh, India. More than 20,000 Indian and international students are enrolled at BHU, making the university one of the largest in Asia. BHU is structured into 10 faculties and 4 institutes concerning arts, commerce, law, science, education, and management.
