The Center of Applied Economic Research (CAWM) was founded at the University
of Muenster in MĂĽnster, Germany in 2002. Six prestigious economic research
institutes work together at the CAWM, while focusing on the main discipline
of Business Administration and Economics, but also on specialized topics
regarding energy economics, public finance, transport and energy economics,
and cooperative management in the workforce. Furthermore, CAMW
 collaborates with German ministries, academic and research foundations,
and associations on a daily basis.Â
