The Institute is positioned as the high-level think tank for China’s education. With the direction of Mrs. Gu Xiulian, the Vice-Chairperson of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China and, the Director of China Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee, and since launching several projects, the Institute dedicates in early childhood education and rural education.
