Institute of Municipal Security Servers (ISSEM)

The Institute of Municipal Security Servers (ISSEM) was created in 1993 in Santa Catarina, Brazil. ISSEM was established by Law No. 1,776 as a center of administration and financial autonomy, which strives to provide social security systems, as well as welfare and health assistance. Furthermore, the active policy stakeholders in ISSEM are tied to the the City Council, City Hall, and ISSEM SAMAE.
