The Shanghai University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1917 as a national economics and finance oriented research institution in Shanghai, China. More than 22,000 Chinese and international students study at the internationally accredited university, as it is ranked the 120th best in the world and the 3rd best finance in economics institution in China by the Tilburg University’s Economics Schools Research Ranking.
