University of Miami

The University of Miami (UM) was established in 1925 in Coral Gables, Florida as a nonsectarian, private academic institution. Over 15,000 students are currently enrolled in the twelve scholary college that UM has to offer. UM is currently accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and is ranked the 44th best university in the nation by the U.S. News & World Reports. The School of Business Administration is one of the UM's top programs and is presently offered to both undergraduate and graduate students. Furthermore, UM receives approximately $127 million annually from federal research funding in order to progress innovate research.
