We are pleased to invite you to the “2nd Verona Early Career Workshop in Economics" to be held in Verona (Italy) on 5-6 May 2025.
The Workshop will be held in person at the Department of Economics of the of the University of Verona and aims to promote the exchange of ideas among young economists conducting research in all fields of economics.
We encourage all PhD students and early career researchers who have completed their PhD in the last two years to submit their unpublished work. Full papers or extended abstracts (at least 2,000 words) should be forwarded, together with the presenting author’s CV, using the this form.
The deadline for submission is February 28th 2025. Acceptance decisions will be notified by March 21th 2025.
We are delighted to announce the participation of Therese Nilsson (Lund University) who will give a talk during the Workshop. There are no parallel sessions. Each participant will be given 25 minutes to present his/her work, followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Formal discussants will be selected among the Department members.
