University of Brasília

The University of Brasília (UnB) was established on April 21, 1962, UnB and currently has 2,445 teachers, 2,630 technical and administrative staff, 28,570 regular students and 6,304 graduates. UnB consists of 26 colleges and institutes, as well as 21 specialized research centers. The university offers 109 undergraduate programs, of which 31 are night courses and 10 are offered online. Moreover, 147 post-graduate programs and 22 specializations comprise the academic studies which are offered by the institution. Courses are offered on the four campuses on the universities' Federal District: Darcy Ribeiro (Pilot Plan), Planaltina, Ceilândia, and Gamma. UnB facilities include the University Hospital, the Central Library, the Veterinary Hospital, and a Clean Water Farm.
