The University of Hong Kong (HKU) was established in 1911 as a public
research university in Hong Kong. KHU is organized into ten scholarly
faculties with more than 27,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students
enrolled. HKU is best known for its research and educational courses in
the disciplines of law, medicine, humanities, and political sciences. The
university has been ranked as 26th worldwide according to /QS World
University Rankings/.
