The Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) was established in 1900 as a private academic institution in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by Andrew Carnegie. Approximately 13,300 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students are enrolled in the seven colleges at CMU . Studies concerning fine arts, technology, public policy, business administration, chemistry, and public management are some of the most reputed at the institution.
