An IMT school

Télécom Paris is a member of IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom), the leading group of engineering and management schools in France. The group, which is made up of 13 public graduate schools, trains 13,000 students a year and fosters the production of value-creating research with 1,300 researchers and 1,600 PhD students. IMT group is recognized as the leading French provider of massive open online courses (MOOC), in particular in the fields of digital technology, telecommunications, programming and engineering sciences.

Students and research professors from Télécom Paris may participate in a number of programs open to all students within this network of graduate schools which offers numerous opportunities.

Founding member of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris

Télécom Paris is a founding member of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, a world-class scientific and technological institution. Located at the Plateau de Saclay, this Institution is a partnership between Ecole Polytechnique, ENSTA ParisTech, ENSAE ParisTech, Télécom Paris, Télecom SudParis, with HEC as a key partner.

Students, research professors and staff benefit from close relationships between the different institutions.

Founding member of ParisTech

Télécom Paris is a founding member of the ParisTech network, a network of excellence for engineering graduate schools in Paris and the surrounding region, which aims to develop joint projects for training, research and innovation in the area of science and technology. 

The network includes the following schools: AgroParisTech, Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Chimie ParisTech, École des Ponts ParisTech, ENSAE ParisTech, ENSTA ParisTech, ESPCI ParisTech, IOGS ParisTech, Mines ParisTech and Télécom Paris.

This network allows Télécom Paris to position itself internationally, in particular through its shared campus in Shanghai: ParisTech Shanghai Jiaotong
