The Faculty of Economic Sciences was founded in 1952 at the National University of Colombia, which is a university with more than 145 years of academic tradition. The Faculty of Economic Sciences is home to some of the leading experts in the nation, with teaching and research agendas in international economics, public policy, social welfare, globalization, finance, strategy, the environment, and economic theory. The Faculty offers a diverse selection of courses ranging from Economics, Accounting and Business Administration thus offering undergraduate programs in these academic fields, as well as a selection of Masters Programs such as Administration, Economic Sciences, Accountancy and Finance, Political Studies and Environment and Development, but above all the School offers a distinctive PhD program in Economic Sciences.
