Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, University of Chile

The Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences is one of the 14 faculties that belong to the University fo Chile. It offers a high quality education in basic sciences and updated knowledge in applied sciences and technology. It is one of the most prestigious faculties in the country, it leads the list of the best candidates in the national exams to evaluate the quality of the higher education in Chile. The Beauchef campus counts with 24 buildings, 85 laboratories and sport facilities. It offers 13 bachelor programs in the field of sciences, 23 masters and 11 PhDs. 90% of the academics hold a PhD title  and are involved in research projects with around 333 scientifc publications per year.
