The Jackstädt Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research at the University of Wuppertal aims to strengthen future research and development on the disciplines of economics change, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The center also assists with strategy building of European entrepreneurs in regards to innovation and outstanding product generation. The Jackstädt Center  works mainly with medium and small sized firms.
