In an effort to further expand the reach and familiarity of The European Union Studies Association (EUSA) with economists, the Economics Interest Section of the EUSA has decided to organize two or more sessions at the European Union Studies Association (EUSA) annual meeting in Denver, CO, to be held May 9-11, 2019. The conference theme is “Coming Together or Moving Apart?” (https://www.eustudies.org/uploads/repository-documents/15258977635af35a23ab753.pdf)
We invite you to submit a paper or paper abstract for these proposed sessions. While we will review all papers submitted, preference will be given to academic papers focusing on economic issues and subjects relating to the EU, the euro area and comparative empirical papers which include a European element. Any papers not included in a panel will automatically be submitted to EUSA for consideration in multidisciplinary panels through the usual individual submission process.
